Calcium Bentonite safe with this method

The dermal route is still safest, with footbaths, followed by Epsom Salts , and then by an olive oil soak with plastic bags over your feet secured by socks over them.

30 minutes or so for footbath soaks, no more than 12-15 for olive oil soaks so you don't deprive the feets' oxygen requirements.

Do not neglect your zinc requirements at any point during living with amalgams. Do not rely upon bivalves (oysters), they are highly toxic in today's oceans. Go for zinc glycinate in an oil suspension in a capsule form. If you go for zink oxcide or zink hydroxoid, supplement the extra oxadative effect with acai-blueberry tea from your supermarket.

Olive oil soaks will up your tolerance for extra virgin olive oil over about a day. Begin oil pulling and oil orally after this. Do it at 1-2 times daily, the fully reccomended amount of time until it thickens, spit it out, and then repeat to draw toxins up through the salivary glands.

Be sure you are giving yourself mineral support with organic unsulfured molasses or organic maple syrup using The Master Cleanse formula. DON'd ADD in the cayenne! Save it on the side for shotglass intake if you choose to use it!! It's for kidney cleansing, and can be harsh. It's extremely good, though, and easier to take outside your hydration mix.

Use organic unomogenized yogurt or live apple cider vinegar to keep your insides moving and well populated. Interior Bentonite use will effect them, too. Care for your flora, and they'll be able to care for you.

Use the Bentonite for mouthwash, light, after all meals.

To encourage liver bile duct secretion, just continue with the olive oil footbaths and oil pulling, and try olive oil that you let sit in your fridge with rosemary and garlic in it over a few days. Sift out the herb, sip it lightly with acidic fruit juice, and relax. It gives a tugging sensation under the rib cage because of bile duct activity. Follow this up with internal clay.

ONLY do the clay with magnesium citrate and psyllium husks in your home. The psyllium husks are not completely necessary, but the Magnesium citrate is, for magnesium absorbtion and easing the passing of the bentonite. Constipation is a danger with Bentonite intake. Psyllium husks encourage the production of intestinal mucosa, and will help ease the passage a great deal... but you'll get embarassing clay trails in the toilet.

This isn't something to worry about. You must however do three days on if you go the oral route, four days off, so that you can absorb nutrients from your food again. juice-fasting is fine, especially fresh pineapple-coconut milk/oil pina colada-type smoothies and apple eating, but bentonite binds nutrient particles, so give yourself days off.

Update yourself on the beneficial effects of vitamin D3 for neural health. It does not speed the uptake of mercury or other heavy metal toxins.

Try and follow your bentonite cleansing (the internal sort) with pineapple and then red-meat steak, organic source if possible. Only red meat animals have the four-stomach system for a grazing lifestyle and refining out the toxins in their food. Candida in the intestinal track is the reason for the methane issue with grain-fed cattle, and there you have more of the full picture.
Blessings, -illys.
