Proof of MSG, formaldehyde, aluminum and mercury?  It's never been hidden!

Mercury:   Virtually all foods contain small amounts of mercury, even "organic" products.  See this study from the Netherlands:

The study found an average of 0.002 mg/kg mercury in commonly consumed fruits. That converts to the same as 2 micrograms/kg.   It wouldn’t take long for a vegetarian to consume as much mercury as is found in the entire childhood vaccine schedule (around 60 micrograms).  If you ate about a pound of fruit every day for six months you would consume about 180 micrograms of mercury. And - the mercury found in fruit is the much more toxic methylmercury form, not the ethylmercury found in vaccines which has no significant evidence of bioaccumulation. Other foods frequently contain even more methylmercury, like seafoods.

MSG:  Almost every food that contains protein will contain some monosodium glutamate (MSG). That's meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, milk and especially soy sauce.  Miso soup contains on average 1500 mg/kg glutamate. As an example, there is about 0.2 mg/dose of MSG in FluMist. DO THE MATH - a teaspoonful of miso soup contains about 40 times as much MSG as you would find in any vaccine. 

--> 1/2 cup of peas contains 48 times the glutamate in Varivax and 127 times the amount in FluMist
--> One cup of breast milk contains 352 times the amount found in Varivax and 936 times the amount in FluMist
--> The safe, daily intake of glutamate is 12,000 times the MSG in Varivax and 32,000 times what is in FluMist

Aluminum:  This is the commonest metal in the earth’s crust and it can be found in most foods. Vegetables contain as much as 33 milligrams/kg, fruit up to 8 milligrams/kg, cocoa up to 103 milligrams/kg and spices up to 695 milligrams/kg.  The approximate 4.4 milligrams of aluminum a fully vaccinated infant receives from vaccines during the first six months of their life is an inconsequential amount.
 
Formaldahyde:  It's a normal and essential metabolite component of every human body's metabolism with a biological half-life of about 1.5 minutes. Yes, contact or inhalaion of large quantities during an occupational exposure in an industrial setting is detrimental to health.  But the human body constantly produces and metabolizes certain amounts of formaldehyde.  Calculations reveal that the daily turnover of formaldehyde is from 31-59 grams per day.  Many foods naturally contain large amounts of formaldehyde. An apple has up to 22.3 mg/kg of formaldahyde, pears up to 60 mg/kg, and dried shiitake mushrooms have up to 400+ mg/kg.  A single vaccine dose, at most, contains a miniscule less than 0.1 mg of formaldahyde while a single apple can contain multitudes more than that amount!

Fearing such tiny amounts of these chemicals in vaccines when much larger amounts of all of them occur naturally in our bodies and in the foods we consume is purely irrational.
