We will only find out doing the simplified methylation protocol and/or being tested.

Yes exactly, there is a predisposition. All my family have the signs btw so the genetic heritage its plain to see.

My experience? Two weeks on P5P, Methylfolate, Methylcobalamin and TMG. More energy, better mood, less socially awkward. Suddenly, "herx" or psychotic attack which really made me feel insane, violent thoughts towards people, intense mental suffering and agitation. I think metals were being stirred up. Drop those supplements til today. I think it was the TMG but who knows. I mean, for what I know, I could be intolerant to any form of methyldonor and actually an overmethylator.
