Mine are all 4 (morning, night etc) below 5...

But my PTSD if any, happened a lonnng time ago. Unless a painful love relationship with betrayal can be considered traumatic enough... that happened only a few years ago.

Anyway, yeah a great read! Im addressing my gut, yesss!
