Dont go by guessing much, its worthless. I was so sure of having high cortisol until I had my saliva 24 h done and it turned out I was very low cortisol all day, no exceptions. Now my symptoms REALLY make sense.

Talking about low cortisol, I think im gonna try Licorice caps, as they are 5 dollars lol cant hurt stacked with NB. Because it also helps intestinal inflammation. Still squeezing my brain about what to do with this extra cash.
