That would be a bit individual, as magnesium play a role in about everything, but in my case it was the sleep issue under control, digestion working well.

Also the fact that eye-tics are gone (had it for a couple of decades) and other type cramping are gone, like hiccups.
Pain free periods now and again; never happened before magnesium levels was up.
I suppose. As I never tested anything.

Only 1-2 % of our magnesium are in the blood, so it is not easy to measure,
- as the body always keep this level up due to its importancy. It is so important that magnesium are taken from bone if not enough available from food.
(full cell test is possible but expensive)
