Hi snow,
Have you been checking for HPilory until now? or Campilobacter? Chronic Hpilory could led to hipochlorhidria when they distroy the secretory cells in the stomach. Sometimes rampant infection with Hpilory could raise your heartbeat. its an ideea to test...if you have it yyou may follow a specific diet.
I'm not saying you dont have candida in the stomach just that you might also have something else also.
