I ordered some colloidial silver and it comes in a spray bottle. How do I take it for a chronic candida infection?

Slowly increase the amount. Too much die off can cause problems in the GI Track.

Do I just spray one spray under the tongue? Do I dissolve a spray in water? Will my skin turn blue if I take too much?

Start with a teaspoon and increase. Eventually take a large dose like 8 ounces per day. You will have to make your own at those doses.

I have tried everything else so I'm hoping, pun intended, that this will be the silver bullet.
