Nothing was getting rid of my sinus infection it had dragged on for 3 years ...finally the my Medical doctor thought I had biofilms so he put me on a Chelationing agent with an atomizer and then I would wait 10 to 15 minutes and then flood my sinuses with a mixture of 3% hydrogen peroxide a capful mixed in distilled water with a pinch or two of seal salt in porcelain neti pot flooded my sinuses this seemed to do the trick
