Sorry for not getting back to you, I have been busy.

It may be true that the caster oil alone makes life hard for the critters, I have certainly noticed that.

However caster oil is an age old method for getting the bowel going. I believe there is a forum on this site dedicated to the stuff.

BTW you don't need capsules, you can drink it out the bottle, it tastes fine.
