Urine fast day 5

Feeling much better today, ready to do whatever is necessary. This happened yesterday after I was feeling so weak and feeble and sleeping. I decided to try EFT (emotional freedom techniques, also known as tapping) and it worked like magic although it was not instantaneous, took an hour and the good feeling kept increasing for several hours.
I now feel bright and active and like doing things, I still run my own business from home and there is much to do, I also did some maintenance yesterday to my fencing even though it was light work. I can only think the unusual feeble feeling was due to both withdrawal from the goodies I liked and also a malaise psychologically. Blood pressure has been my usual up and down although about 15% lower than before. I will test it again over the next hour.
