Re: anemia, elevated d-dimer

I agree, it's likely the glutamine.

Tell yourself the same thing that every hippie learned that took LSD (that ended up tripping for days instead of hours, or in the middle of nightmarish hallucinations). "This is the result of a chemical I took that is having different effects than I expected. It WILL stop; it WILL go away; freaking out will only ensure that I get worse (and end up being arrested).

It sounds to me like it's gradually wearing off (???) - and that's what should happen. If for some reason it's not (or it gets worse), then make sure you call someone so you'll have their help if you feel you need to go to the ER.

If the body can break down the glutamine into ammonia (increasing ammonia levels and alkalinity) AND glutamine increases alkalinity (when the body is already too alkaline), and that's what has happened - here's what I would do:

-Drink plenty of water (but do NOT overdo it)
-Do a Coffee-Enema (lessens ammonia)
-Breath into a paper bag for a minute or two (carbon dioxide is acidic, and that should help reduce alkalinity). If that helps at all, repeat it that every few minutes.
-Stop ingesting ANYTHING that is not natural to your body
-Turn off any source of insidious/toxic EMFs & EMRs NOW
-Go outside and get your barefeet on the grass/earth

If you could take charcoal internally without causing a 'benzo event' (which would/could definitely worsen things at this point), I'd suggest taking charcoal to sop up the ammonia. But I am NOT suggesting that, I'm just saying it 'for the record' so it'll be in print for others).

Another thing I would probably do (that I'm also NOT recommending), is that I'd take some cayenne...thinking that increasing circulation while 'stabilizing bp' might be helpful. I am the QUEEN of "not freaking out", and I'll sometimes do anything that seems to 'make sense to me'...but that lil' attribute of mine has caused me to 'crash & burn' quite a few times. Many times it's best to just let the body do what it knows it needs to do, while giving it support we KNOW will be truly supportive.

Hang in there jboy!
