Dr. Jeff,

I began SF 722 yesterday, and am already getting rid of lots of candida (will spare you the gory details, but trust me...:). I took 2 pills yesterday, and 6 today, and my die-off is tremendous. Severe anxiety despite sweating, exercise, water, molybdenum, ..... Thinking I should just go very slowly and build up slowly over time. What are your thoughts?
