Zapper? I don't get it. Do you know some herbal solution, i am using Neem, Ajwain, Heeng, Jaggery, Turmeric, Ginger, Clove, Garlic.

Now my dizziness is gone. I also get lesser gas in stomach. But those seeds like things come :(. but they must be reducing, as i feel more relief.
