Could you please speak about your dermatologist's explanation for giving you this treatment?

Meaning what does he/she think this condition is and the reasons he/she believed this treatment would work?

I ask this because your treatment has two different parts. The tacrolimus and the super-moisturizer.

So did your doctor think it was an inflammatory skin disease, or did they think that it was a wound that needed to be kept moist to heal?
