i know there is nothing structurally wrong with my spine, and i don't know if the fascia or muscles have caused nerve damage. nothing showed on my mri, but i never have the special type of mri that shows nerve damage. i am sry about your pain, i am surprised that fasting cannot help? thank you for the well wishes and same to you.
