Your lymph is moving when you feel what you described. That preparatory to having it collect in those points and move towards the midline of the body. When it gets ready, and you've just done a liver flush, it will dump on it's own. Quite a mess when it does. It comes down thru the liver and will be expelled by the liver at that time, and will pass into the duodenum like the liver flush junk does, then be expelled by the digestive tract. A great deal of it at once, anyway. You may have some dump a little later on. You'll feel a lot better when it happens, too. I did.
