I have to disagree with you guys when you say "Treating the inflammation is the key". So many people on here, including me, have tried treating the inflammation and it has done nothing. Everyone who has EC treats the inflammation at some point because thats automatically their doctor's first reaction.

Right now we dont know what the key is. I think its time we all just admit that we have absolutely no clue on how to even begin to treat this. Not to say that we cant keep trying, but acting like we even have any clue of what this is just ridiculous.

And unfortunately it seems as though people have different conditions or different variations of this condition. I have yet to hear of 2 people getting cured by one treatment. Except maybe allergy.
