Your MH folder was read in completion many years ago including Book I, II, III In fact I sent you a photo of my cheek with the skin damage maybe 4 years ago asking for your help.

I tried all those things because nothing seemed to help. The only thing that started to fade it more than anything else was the 40 day OJ fast but then I started eating & went to Hawaii for awhile & it came back.

During my last 2 week OJ cleanse in Sept. I started reading a book called: Healing with Whole Foods. It was informative with regard to the Liver and how to heal it with various foods. I have enough other symptoms of Liver challenges so have been paying attention to this. One of the main things it recommends is not eating after 6pm because the stomach won't have digested enough for the Liver to drain the toxins properly at it's peak hour of 3am. I don't expect you to believe any of this because it's mainly Chinese theory but it seems to be helping me to not eat later.

Hey you can poke fun at me but seriously I've been on this forum for maybe 6 years have been studying all the info you share and then some. I am not perfect and only want a workable solution.

Guess it's time to order some specific herbs for my Liver.

By the way these seaweed products are all farm raised via a new technology emerging here in the pacific NW that has been around Japan for awhile.
