Enlarged Lymph nodes after surgery...chemo only option?
Hello all. This is my first post so Ill give a little background.
Months ago I had an orchectomy to remove a testicle that had a small tumor. It was cancerous (embryonal carcinoma) and showed signs of vascular invasion. we decided on surveillance and a few months later CT scans show that I have a couple enlarged lymph nodes in my groin/lower abdomen. This is what led the surgeon to send me to an oncologist who believes I need chemotherapy to get rid of the swollen lymph nodes which are assumed to be cancerous.
I'm looking for some advice on things to do to get rid of the swollen lymph nodes and avoid the chemo. I'm in no pain and given the very small size of the tumor it seems crazy that I would need 3 rounds of chemo to clear this all up regardless of whether or not the lymph nodes are cancerous.
I've been researching juicing, fasting, body alkalinity and various supplements but was hoping to get some firsthand accounts/suggestions from people who have had cancer cured naturally who could give some insights on my situation.
I'm trying to put together a plan to follow and looking to get an idea of how long before I schedule another CT scan. Thanks for your help folks!
