SF722 doesn't kill candida. It corrects the fungal form back to its normal yeast state. Rotation isn't necessary. I only recommend it along with the rest of the Plan for best effectiveness. It doesn't kill candida, so candida doesn't develop adaptive responses that would render it ineffective.
