Whole Foods in my area sells selenium combined with vitamin E, so I could get that. I have plenty of vitamin C, and I take magnesium every day in the morning (400mg) anyway. Does Whole Foods sell Sea Salt ? I'll look for that.
ATP cofactors? That a specific product? Does it have to be that exact ratio? I get a B-complex in my daily multivitamin (which is a food-based multivitamin sold at Whole Foods, not some lame Centrum nonsense).
So, what do these co-supplements do? Help with side effects? Prevent the WEIGHT GAIN that Iodine causes when I take it?
