bio ozone and weak oxygen in body

I reacted in terrible fashion to minor autohematherapy w/ ozone and also to ozone sauna. Its been more than two weeks since the ozone sauna and I feel sore all over. I found this quot on the web and curious as to forums opinion:

"However, if the oxygen system of the body is weak or deficient (whether through lack of exercise, environmental pollution, poor diet, smoking, or improper breathing), our bodies cannot eliminate them adequately and a toxic reaction can occur. In minor cases, a toxic buildup can lead to fatigue, while a wide range of diseases can result when poor oxygenation is chronic."

A herx is die-off ...but this sounds different than herx. Sounds more like a chemical conversion. Tweet
