I'm not getting clear information either. I started Iodoral a few weeks ago for hypothyroidism. I read Dr. Brownstein's Iodine book and didn't get what I was looking for, such as how to dose it properly while getting off meds. He even states in the book about how too much of anything is not good. So true!
