Air Mail is probably going to be $40+ per small flat rate box and you are talking about an asian country and asian countries normally do not like anyone importing herbs. Countries that use herbs, want people to use their countries herbs and not import....Jody can tell you if your country restricts sales.

Every post office has a book of restrictions for all the countries on earth.
