Moroccan Argan Oil for Beauty, Health and for Cooking
The rarest oil, besides Bulgarian Rose Otto Essential oil is Moroccan Argan Oil. I first heard of this oil from a customer of mine. She was selling this oil at very high prices. It cost much more than Nigella sativa and more even than olive oil. So why was this very rare beauty oil so expensive?
According to Natural News, " Argan oil is produced from the kernels of the tree and is one of the rarest and most expensive oils in the world. Berber women have used Argan oil for centuries to protect and nourish their skin, hair and nails from the harsh conditions in which they live. Now Argan oil is gaining popularity as a "miracle ingredient" in the Western beauty product industry. It has extremely high levels of Vitamin E and 80% fatty acids which make it perfect for healing many skin ailments as well as protecting against premature aging caused by oxidation."
There are two types of argan oils. The cooking oil is less expensive, but the kernels are roasted before pressing and the cosmetic oil is pure 100 percent cold pressed, such as the one pictured to your left. It only takes a very tiny bit to be effective and you and can add a few drops of the oil to your present creams and use it direct. Many fail in the correct use of this oil by using too much and thus complaining it is too expensive and does not last long .
