New User looking for help

Hi, I am new to the site and would like to request some help from the contributors on here.I was first diagnosed with sarcoidosis in 1990 and had quite a rough time including a severe outbreak of uveitis that was partly treated with an injection in one eye.Things settled down for a few years but since 2002 I have been plagued once again.I have outbreaks of Lupus Pernio and chest inflammation but the worst aspect is coping with fatigue whilst holding down a full time job.
I wondered if any of the contributors on here have managed to alleviate their symptoms by using alternative therapies or making dietary changes of some kind.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
