Itching

For the past week I've been feeling a lot of itching on my legs. Especially the upper thigh, inside of legs,butt, lower butt close to crotch and sometimes the belly. There are no visible bumps or bites. If I scratch it makes it worse. If I leave it alone it will go away for a little while. I tried putting tea tree oil, peppermint, clove, lavender, oils and I don't feel much relief. I'm possibly under a lot of stress. My husband died all of a sudden 5 months ago.
