Haha yeah yesterday WAS a good day. Today I have like an injury inse my gut, crazy feeling, because of eating all kind of shit. But at the middle of the night I realised, something was still different!! I could choose to submit to my fate and say "im doomed, I have screwed it all again, another good day that ends horribly and with me eating 3 super allergenic foods that will feed my autoimmune, I cant do this, I dont wanna continue" but this time I also felt that I could think "no, I felt good for some time and I am in the right track with all these treatments, sure, I relapsed on food because I was in great suffering and needed to distract with something, and I couldnt sleep because of this inflammation but I know I will do it well the next time"

Sooo who knows?? Maybe the allignement its working. Even this pained little guy feels a bit better. Or the NB protocol its making the depressive and selfdestructive me lose power.
