Garlic bulbs for growing..Elf Hardtoil

Elf, I have printed a few papers that I intend to study in which you have explained a lot about growing garlic and I have a few questions: I live in Tennessee zone 6. Is it ok to plant some now if I order right away? If so, which bulbs should I order? If not, where is a good place to order from. I ordered habanero seeds from them and they were good.
