I still think the wound theory is still in play though.

My original derm, who still thinks this is trauma related, and who has seen this before explained, every time we move our mouth we cause another wound, even if we think we are being careful.

So it just cant heal properly. Although its weird because ive had cuts on my lips before and they have healed perfectly.
