Need encouragement to get through this!

Tonight completes day 6 of a 60 day program I'm following to help with my fibromyalgia and candida.
It has been so hard, and for the past three days, I constantly think of giving up. I have become more depressed and anxious, but the worst part is just how much I miss eating! I'm not even craving Sugar or starches; I just miss having a nice meal.
