Re: Candida and MSG

In general from what I've read, it's not advisable to eat Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) when dealing with candida.

"MSG feeds candida. Because candida feeds on Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) when it is introduced to the body, candida will start giving off waste products such as acetylaldehyde, which will product various symptoms that are candida related."

You probably already know all this....

Blessings.
