I had to smile at him saying he thinks the tsp. of barleygrass powder really made the difference. But the fact is, he's right, in that the body doesn't need too much, if it only gets the solar-potentized, natural, live and life-enhancing elements, we usually know as whole foods, and eating as nature intended.
Sounds like a good, fairly simple, and affordable routine. The selenium is vital for the iodine, which is vital for so many processes, and then the curcumin, for the LIVE-R --and all the living and raw foods.
(I've often felt like I could live happily on just barleygrass and alfalfa juice.)
