Hi there , I read your posting with great interest .Have you ever used L-Tryptophan ? It is commonly found in dark chocolate and bananas and is very good for improving moods and stimulating serotonin in the brain . I have just read a very interesting article about the use of natural Depression supplements containing Trptophan to break the link between low moods and anxiety .It may help you .
