Lauray,
you have quite a long history of fasting on this forum, and it has been mentioned in the past by other members that you have an emotional involvement with food, and as you freely admit in your post here.
I don't believe for one moment, that the answers you seek lie in fasting, but in some other avenue of support as in counselling, or other specialists that can deal with your relationship with food on an emotional/mental level.
Sorry to be so blunt as it were, but that is what I think is your best option by far.
