I can see from your posts that you've done a lot of reading on our forum which is great, that's what I did when I first found the forum; there is a WEALTH information here!  

Usually when someone asks Uny to help put a protocol together she asks that they answer some questions that help her to determine what is needed, we can never have too much information.  If you could answer her questions it sure would help her to help you.
