Don't try to help this person. This is probably Adam. He's been on here for 2 years under about a dozen different names on several forums, saying he's done everything and never getting better, when he actually won't take any advice. He's been in and out of mental hospitals and his family has deserted him. Dr. Bailey even gave up on him. He's been banned from several forums. THIS is surely a case of either a) someone desperately needing attention or b) Munchaussen syndrome or c) true delusional parasitosis.

If he has cirrhosis, we can't help him anyway.

I hate to turn my back on anyone, and you know that. I'll do anything to help people, even PM'ing them for months to help, but I will not waste my time trying to help someone who obviously isn't interested in getting better. Tweet
