The monster is dying now.

After so long I finally found what was the problem with this monster.

The infestation was in my small bowel not in the colon. Enema helps to lower the load but will not end with the infection in my case. Was not sensitive to polyene nystatin and AMB. Could not use natural antifungals because I am sensitive to bacterial flora. Bacterias are also beeing killed by natural antifungal and bacteria cell content would leak in my bloodstream triggering allergic reaction causing immune suppression and worsening of the yeast infection. Natural antifungal would just make infection worse by triggering allergies and by acting like Antibiotics killing beneficial flora.

I found the way to get out of this hell. Have to bring the effective drug in the small bowel. I dissolve terbinafine in water than soak it in psyllium. The mixture act as a time release device and bypass stomach absorption.

2-3 hours after I take the mixture I start having major die-off. This happens when the mixture enter the small bowel.

I did a test. I can take a 5 fold bigger dose in the colon (enema) or in the mouth (systemic) and get no die-off at all. The infection is in the small bowel in my case. Systemic antifungal cannot reach this place in sufficient concentration. That why I could not get rid of this infection.
