Hi Risen87,

Try having Sea Salt on all food you take in during the day. Plus be careful of any high potassium foods for now, that causes my sodium loss to become greater. I did not have that much luck with celtic Sea Salt or even the Himalayan Sea Salt . I had to get Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt and that did wonders for me. Do me a favor take your pulse standing up when this is not happening and take it when it is, see if there is a difference in heart rate. My heart rate goes up higher when my sodium is low. My heart rate is normally 72-74, when low sodium while standing 104-140.
