The brain is a likely place for constipation, the drainage is poor and the mucus goes to the extremities, hardens and has a tuff time being reversed backwards and is the heart of the sitz bath theory of sweating then applying cold water to the colon.

The sitz bath relieves the worse head ache and doing 2-3 liver flushes shrinks the neck glands, so I suggest the average head is under allot of pressure all the time from the wrong foods the mouth consumes.
