I'm a fan of The Clark Flush , it is simple and fast. I used different juices to mix in the Epsom Salts to take the edge off, the best tasting of them all was the Litchi juice from Ceres.
It's all there; maybe some posts could be in the older forum (or forums that they archived). I do remember I started in Oct 2002, maybe 20-something.
