candida emergency - am i losing my mind?

I stumbled across this forum in my search for answers. For the past month I have had this brain fog, my mind is blank, i'm depressed, i feel like i'm living in a dream and idk who i am anymore, I cant retain information and i'm having serious memory problems and and all this is making me very anxious because this all happened so suddenly, I went from being sharp, quick, witty, happy, having great memory to being practically brain dead. I also have digestion problems, I can't sleep, i have toenail fungus, and a sinus infection which wont go away. I feel like my life is over and I have no hope, I don't want to end up in a mental instituion or dead. Please let me know if my symptoms sound familiar or like candida and if so what can I do to get better. I'm at the end of my rope, I'm only 20 years old, but I feel like my life is over.

PS I have had blood work done and everything was fine besides having low vitamin D and I have also had an MRI done like a week ago and the doctor said my brain was perfectly normal but that I did have complete blockage in one sinus and polyps or cysts in the other. I took Antibiotics and steroids for it but I only feel worse. I also did the at home candida test and it was positive.
