This is all true IMO. All I can hope is that "they" have more important people to keep track of than me. Trying to fly under the radar is the best I can do.
For the type of email in your first post MH, in Hotmail I have the option to click on "report phishing scam", which I do every time I get one of those emails. At least I feel that I'm doing SOMETHING about it, even though these scam artists will always come back.
