Oh multi's constipate you? they might do the same to me they do sometimes make me nauseated (if i don't eat them with food,before or in the middle of eating time) but they're necessary to get the nutrients we may be lacking.i've heard that herbs or the natural things we try may take a while to build up in our body so we may not be giving them enough time to work.don't give up hope though,it's persistance that wins out in the end.have an nice day
