Confused about how much water to take with MMS II

I'm just starting with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement II. After reading Jim Humble's book and the websites, there seems to be a difference about how much water to take with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement II. My body cannot take great amounts of water or I will be up all night heading for the toilet. Thanks for the help.
