After a month of vacation with lots of stress, my BP went up around 4pm 145/95 and 168/100 or higher. I also felt anxiety more when I checked. I increased my BP med but didn't work. My doctor suggested to take Zoloft but I got worse with all the side effect so I have to stopped. I want to try some natural stuff to manage . I found Sedalia boiron for stress releif...with good reviews....there is anyone who tried ??
right now I taking zanax when I really feel bad or unable to sleep...usually I take 0.125 max.025 but I feel the side effect already...
any suggestion will help.... thanks
