Try getting some 20 mule team Borax from the grocery, add about 2 cups to a tub of hot water, and soak in it. Keep dunking your head back into the water. Relax now because the hard part is next.

Go into a house cleaning frenzy! Wash bedding, clothing(add borax) and switch out your pillows... lightly sprinkle borax onto carpet leave it a little while. Maybe sweep some excess into cracks and along baseboards. This helps with mites and many pests... Be sure you or the baby don't breathe in any powder on the air. Your car might need a good once over.
