Vaginal bleeding/blockage

Not sure whats going on...... bleed heavy now, never did before. bleed during and after sex. feel as if I'm pregnant " my breast are real sore , very moody,morning sickness" but had a tubule in 1990.
when I go to the bathroom I bleed heavy.so I examined myself and it feels as if something is blocking the entry into my Vagina. feels as if its an organ or something or very swollen ! is this part of going through the change cause Im 51 and still having my monthly circle
can you tell me what might be going on ! should I go to the Doctor? really don't like to go lol
