what does protozoa die off feel like

I've been through a lot of helminth dieoff before. As bad as it is I know what it feels like and I can manage it.

Past year or so I'm running into something that could be protozoa die-off, but who knows. It can start from either abstaining from meat for a while, or sometimes eating vinegar, or sometimes certain herbs like black pepper.

It's really hard to describe the die-off but I'll try..

For one to three days I start feeling abnormally tired, like my blood pressure has dropped. Then it turns into that plus dizziness, then progresses into sort of a colic/anxiety. This part is accompanied by a sensation that my whole abdomen is filled with gas, not just my gut, but chest, lungs, sides, pretty much everywhere, gas that does not move at all or maybe trapped in certain places. Then if it gets worse it turns into a sort of pain that seems to come from my whole trunk area, which turns into extreme nausea and constant vomiting.

I went to the hospital once for it, but of course they had no clue. I was able to stop by eating meat and taking some proton pump inhibitor which they said also addresses h pylori. but no one even diagnosed my with pylori.

There is never any diarrhea with these symptoms, the worst part would be the pain and vomiting.

Does anyone have this type of thing while taking the protozoa medications? I don't think I could last more than 2-3 days on meds if this happened.

After reading here for a while I think more and more that it is some sort of atypical protozoa symptom, maybe since it's been chronic for a long time.

At my best I can keep all these things in check, but it's always lurking there, centered maybe in lower area below the navel.
